‘Green Craigslist’ Sprouting Up

Published by soja at 1:44 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Everyone seems to know Craigslist, a local classifieds network.

Now there’s a new Craiglist-like service popping up. Billed as the “green Craigslist,” EcoFlip.org offers the same user-friendly setup but is geared to environmentalists.

Users can search categories like “Reuse & Recycle,” “Sustainable Community,” and “Fuel-Efficient Vehicles.” Looking for green love? You can even search for that eco somebody.

This looks like a great idea and I hope it catches on. Currently in my city there aren’t many posts (come on, Cleveland!) but I’ll be checking back.

Craigslist has always been an efficient way to reuse goods. Hopefully some of those eco users will flock over to EcoFlip and sustain a great community.
